We believe that our members are able to stay in charge of their lives and create their own preferred future when they have the resources, connections, support and encouragement they need. To that end, San Francisco Village offers members access to a multi-generational corps of volunteers, a professional provider network, and proactive educational & social programs.
New members receive a handbook, with detailed information about San Francisco Village, which can be viewed here.

How to Become a Member
- Complete the online form below, and a membership information packet (including application) will be mailed to your home.
2. Submit the application, which you received in the information packet. Please return it to us by mail, and an SFV staff person will contact you to set up a phone or Zoom interview.
3. Meet with our staff, one-on-one. An SFV staff person will schedule a visit either in our office or on Zoom for approximately one hour. This meeting allows us to get to know you better, and it also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and understand how the Village can serve your needs.
